An alternative randomized response procedure

The paper considers a new randomized response procedure. The proposed method requires the use of two randomization devices. The conditions when the proposed strategy will be more efficient than the usual Warner's strategy have been obtained for the cases when the respondents are truthful and when they are not completely truthful in their answers.
