Efficiency in survival distributions with time-dependent covariables
Department of Statistics, University of Waterloo Ontario
The regression model for survival distributions of Cox (1972) is examined for its efficiency properties when the covariables are allowed to be functions of time. Comparison is made with parametric methods that would be adopted if the data arose from a two-parameter Weibull distribution in the two-sample problem.
