A system of two servers with limited waiting rooms and certain order of visits

The model consists of two queues with limited waiting rooms under fixed order of visits. By treating the method of differential -difference equations we find the equilibrium state equations for the probabilities and a functional equation for the probability generating function. We derive marginal distributions and we indicate how to obtain the general solution of the system of simultaneous equations. We also consider the case in which the travelling time from one queue to the other is a constant.
